If you see an E06 error, try these troubleshooting steps: 1. Remove and reinsert your card 2. Select your desired cycle 3. Wait for the beep before removing the card 4. Check your balance on another machine if the issue persists

When you purchase online, you receive a six-digit code. This code must be taken to a Revalue Station in your laundry room to load the value onto your card.

Registration is required only if your building uses a code-only payment system. For standard smart card systems, registration is optional but recommended for balance tracking and card protection.

Most card errors are caused by dust or dirt on the microchip. Try wiping the chip area with a clean, soft cloth. This simple step resolves most card reading issues.
